Brisa del Mar is a luxurious holiday home near the beach and situated on Hoyo 14 (14th hole) of Nuevo Portil championship golf course. Brisa del Mar is a beautifully appointed, fully air conditioned townhouse with three bedrooms (sleeps 6), two bathrooms (one is en suite), a south facing patio garden, two terraces and sea views. The complex has a large swimming pool and children’s pool set in attractive gardens. It has everything you need for golf, water sports, and many other activities.

For golfers – a few minute’s walk away is the first tee at Nuevo Portil golf course and it’s less than a ten minute drive to El Rompido’s two championship golf courses.

Less than 10mins Stroll to the Beach

Hoyo 14 is ½ mile (0.8 km) from 15km of superb beaches backed by pine forests and sand dunes and protected by an attractive sand bar. The beaches here have been awarded with the coveted Blue Flag by the European Union. Nuevo Portil adjoins El Portil and is only 3 km from the traditional white fishing village of El Rompido.

With a water park (seasonal), water sports, horse riding and a carting track, as well as the Doñana National Park all within easy reach, there are many activities to satisfy all members of the family.

Brisa del Mar is easily accessible from two international airports – Faro (about 1 hour) and Seville (about 75 minutes)
